The new interface from Avast is nicely laid out, with a clear demarcation between its different elements and simple blue icons (with orange accents from the company logo) to help you identify the suite’s features. The homepage lets you run www.antivirus-software.org/protect-your-business-sensual-information-with-board-portal-software a scan and turn on the VPN and shortcuts to several less-than-utilized tools for system optimization are also available. The fact that Avast’s most useful features are hidden away in the „Explore tab” is quite frustrating.
Installation is easy, and you’re not forced into choosing the free version, although the full scan may reveal „advanced issues” that will only be solved by paying for premium security. It’s a little shady. Especially when you click the Resolve option and are directed to a webpage which asks you to sign up for Avast Premium security.
